2018 Information
About the sport:
Cross country running is a sport in which teams of runners complete a course over open or rough terrain. It differs from road running and track principally in the terrain an scoring system. Teams are composed of 5 to 7 runner’s which compete over varied terrain including grass, mud, woodlands, and water.
Basic Requirements
Philosophy
Commitment- at practice daily and on time
Sacrifice- have to give up certain desires and wants to reach your full potential
Hard Work- it is not easy soreness will be a daily part of life
One Goal- improvement over times
Patience- is a process so remember work hard, talk to your coach, and be patient

Summer Training
